Anomaly detection based on log files processing
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na detekci nežádoucích vzorů v síťovém provozu. Stručně shrnuje vlastnosti protokolů syslog a NetFlow, které jsou použity pro monitorování sítě. Dále hodnotí výběr programů používaných k analýze logů a ukazuje implementaci jednoho z nich, Simple Event Correlatoru.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focussed on the detection of undesirable patterns in network traffic. It summarizes features of the Syslog protocol and the NetFlow protocol that are used for network monitoring. In this bachelor thesis is evaluated a selection of programs used for analysis of logs and there is shown the implementation of one of them - of Simple Event Correlator as well.
