The Study of Dextran Production in Leuconostoc Garlicum Strain PR
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit závislost mezi viskozitou tekutého média a množstvím produkovaného extracelulárního polysacharidu (dextranu) při kultivaci kultury Leuconostoc garlicum PR. Dalším cílem byla spolupráce s laboratoří fyzikální chemie na FT UTB ve Zlíně, kde byly vzorky získaného dextran podrobeny sérii speciálních analýz.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the dependence between viscosity of the liquid medium and the amount of produced extracellular polysaccharide (dextran) during cultivation of the Leuconostoc garlicum strain PR. In collaboration with the laboratory of physical chemisty at FT UTB in Zlin, the gained dextran sample were put to the series of special analysis.
