Contact center as an alternative for upbringing youth with ordered institutional care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Kontaktní centrum jako alternativa výchovy mládeže s nařízenou ústavní výchovou" si klade za cíle zhodnotit činnost kontaktních center a specifika jejich klientů. Předmětem práce je také zjistit postoje pracovníků výchovných ústavů, klady, zápory a bariéry pro rozšíření tohoto typu péče s problémovou mládeží. Obsahem práce je definice ústavní výchovy, jejích cílů a také zařízení, ve kterých je ústavní výchova vykonávána. Autor zmiňuje význam rodiny v životě jedince a porovnává její funkce s funkcemi ústavní výchovy. Práce zdůrazňuje rizika spojená s ústavní výchovou, která souvisí se vznikem kontaktního oddělení. Na základě vlastního šetření shrnuje činnost kontaktního oddělení, uvádí jeho pravidla a specifikuje klienta. Práce se opírá o teoretické poznatky, z velké části také o informace získané v rámci vlastního šetření. Závěr práce rekapituluje zjištěné poznatky a na jejich základě uvádí možnosti rozšíření této alternativy kontaktního oddělení.

Abstract:

Final thesis "Contact Center as an alternative for upbringing youth with ordered institutional care" is focused on evaluation of work done in Contact center and some specifics of their clients. The aim of the thesis is to determine attitude of educational workers, pros and cons as well as barriers for further expansion of this kind of care for troubled youth. The subject is to define the institutional care, its aim and the facilities, where it is practiced. There are references about the significance of the family in the growth of an individual, as well as the comparison of the functions, which are provided by the family and the institutional care. The thesis highlights those risks connected with institutional care, which are closely connected with establishing the communication department. According to the research, done by the author, thesis summarizes activities of the communication department, determines its rules and specifies the client. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge, but mainly relies on information, gathered through own research. At the end, there is summary from all the identified knowledge and on their basis presents possibilities of expansions.
