Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je provést srovnání úvěrů ze stavebního spoření s hypotečními úvěry. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část podrobně popisuje stavební spoření, úvěry ze stavebního spoření a problematiku hypotečních úvěrů. Praktická část je věnována aktuální situaci na trhu s těmito úvěry a jsou srovnány i jejich výhody a nevýhody. Součástí je také …more

The main objective of this work is to compare building loans with mortgage loans. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes building savings, building saving loans and mortgage loans.
