Abstract:
Má práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem, Mezinárodním trestním soudnictvím, v době, kdy se Česká republika začala aktivně zapojovat do dění okolo Mezinárodního trestního soudu. Má práce se více zabývá i historií mezinárodního trestního soudnictví, vznikem vojenských tribunálů i definicí pojmů jako genocida, zločiny proti lidskosti, válečné zločiny či agrese.
Abstract:
My thesis deals with the topical issue of International Criminal Justice at a time when the Czech Republic began to actively participate in the events around the International Criminal Court. My work is more about the history of international criminal justice, the creation of military tribunals and the definition of terms such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggression.
