Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá relativně novým ochranným opatřením v českém trestním právu, zabezpečovací detencí. Zabezpečovací detence může být ukládána soudy od 1. ledna 2009, tedy od doby kdy nabyl účinnosti zákon o výkonu zabezpečovací detence. O ochranných opatřeních práce pojednává jen stručně, blíže se věnuje pouze zabezpečovací detenci. V práci se zaměřuji na historický vývoj, rozbor zákona …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the new protective measure in Czech criminal law - security detention. Courts in the Czech Republic have been able to impose this on offenders since January 2009. In this work I deal with protective measures, but only generally. Attention is made more only to the institute of security detention.
