Práce pojednává o procesu tvorby loga a jeho právní ochrany od počátku tvorby až po zaregistrování jako ochranné známky. Cílem je poskytnout právní rámec, při postupu, jak ze strany autora díla, tak i ze strany objednatele, aby se zamezilo případným sporům o neoprávněný zásah do nich. The work deals with the process of creating a logo and its legal protection from the beginning of its creation to its registration as a trademark.
