Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je doporučit aktivní způsob využívání CRM systémů s následnou implementací ve firmě působící na poli hutního průmyslu. Předmětem zájmu bude zpracování dat o zákaznících pro podporu jejich segmentace, loajality a tržních příležitostí. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to recommend an active way of using CRM systems with subsequent implementation in a company operating in the metallurgical industry.
