Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci trénujeme a vyhodnocujeme grafové neuronové sítě pro predikci rakoviny v prostatické tkáni. Pomocí předtrénované konvoluční sítě převádíme digitální snímky tkáně na grafy, kde uzly grafu odpovídají malému výřezu z velkého digitálního snímku. Abstract:
In this thesis, we train and evaluate graph neural networks for the prediction of cancer in prostate tissue. Using a pre-trained convolutional network, we convert digitized tissue slides to graphs, where the nodes represent a small tile cut out of the large digital slide.
