Bank Loan Versus Leasing
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komparaci leasingu s úvěrem u vybraných bankovních institucí. Jsou zde vypracovány modelové případy od ČSOB, UCB, KIA Lease a také UniLeasing. Cílem je zjištění, které vede klienty k lepšímu výběru mezi úvěrem a bankovním leasingem. Pozornost je zaměřena na výhody a nevýhody úvěrů a leasingů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on comparing leasing and loans at selected banking institutions. Model cases have been developed from ČSOB, UCB, KIA Lease, and UniLeasing. The aim is to determine which factors lead clients to make a better choice between loans and bank leasing. Attention is focused on the advantages and disadvantages of loans and leasing.
