Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální práci s klienty s duševním onemocněním. V teoretické části je uvedena definice klienta s duševním onemocněním, samotná definice duševního onemocnění a definice vybraných duševních onemocnění, a to schizofrenie a úzkostné poruchy. U každé duševní nemoci je uveden obecný přístup sociálního pracovníka při léčbě daného onemocnění. Ve výzkumné části byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, konkrétně metoda zakotvené teorie, výzkum byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly následně podrobené otevřenému a axiálnímu kódování. Hlavním výzkumným cílem bylo zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci pracují s klienty s duševním onemocněním, na základě tohoto cíle byly stanoveny tři dílčí cíle, zjistit, jaké metody využívá sociální pracovník při práci s klientem s duševním onemocněním, zjistit, v čem spočívá práce sociálního pracovníka při práci s klienty s duševním onemocněním, zjistit, jak sociální pracovník vnímá důležitost spolupráce v multidisciplinárním týmu. Na závěr byly výzkumné výsledky shrnuty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis discusses social work with clients with mental illness. In the theoretical part, the definition of a client with an illness, the definition of a mental illness itself and the definition of selected mental illnesses, up to schizophrenia and anxiety disorders, is presented. For each mental illness, the general approach of the social worker in the treatment of the given illness is given. In the research part, a qualitative research strategy was used, namely the grounded theory method, the research was used using semi-structured interviews, which were subsequently subjected to open and axial coding. The main research goal was to find out how social workers work with clients with mental illness, based on this goal, three sub-goals were set, to find out what methods a social worker uses when working with a client with a mental illness, to find out what the work of a social worker consists of when working with clients with a mental illness, to find out how the social worker perceives the importance of cooperation in a multidisciplinary team. Finally, the research results were summarized.
