Bakalářská práce pojednává o metodě Operational Excellence, která je implementována ve společnosti XY. Byl zjišťován ekonomický dopad ve vybraných týmech, které si osvojily jednotlivé nástroje této metody. Na základě zjištěných dat (návrhů na zlepšení) proběhla analýza v pěti týmech a vypočítána roční úspora za každý tým. Celkem bylo vyčísleno čtyřicet návrhů na zlepšení. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the Operational Excellence method, which is implemented in XY company. The economic impact will be detected in selected teams acquired by the individual instruments of this method.
