Bakalářská práce se zabývá nelegálními obchody na kapitálových trzích. V první kapitole se zaměřuji na praní špinavých peněz, kde popisuji hlavní rysy a fáze celého procesu praní špinavých peněz a uvádím příklady některých vyřešených případů. The bachelor thesis deals with illegal trades in the capital markets. In the first chapter I focus on money laundering, describe its main features and the phases of the process of money laundering.
