Tématem diplomové práce je insolvenční řízení, v kterém se úpadek dlužníka řeší prostřednictvím institutu oddlužení, se zaměřením na mechanismus provádění srážek z příjmů dlužníků. Teoretická část práce se zabývá průběhem oddlužení, včetně rozdělení příjmů dlužníků dle kritéria možnosti provádění srážek z příjmů. Praktická část je pak věnována výpočtu srážek z příjmů dlužníků. The topic of the diploma thesis is insolvency proceedings with discharge as a way of solving the debtor's bankruptcy, with a focus on the mechanism of making deductions from debtors' incomes. The theoretical part deals with the process of discharge, including the distribution of debtors' income according to the criterion of the possibility of making deductions from income.
