Sebevražedné jednání hospitalizovaných pacientů je závažnou nežádoucí událostí, ježto má krom významného emočního dopadu impakt rovněž na celý chod zdravotnického zařízení, blízké postiženého a zdravotníky. Abstract:
The inpatient suicideis a severe event. That carries a great emotional charge and has an impact to the whole health care organisation, the staff,the family and friends of thepatient. There are no precise tools that could predict suicidal attempts nowadays. This diploma thesis is focused on a Six Sigma methodology and a tool of improvement of a proces of early suicide detection.
