Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Přezkum rozhodčího nálezu“ se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy zákona č. 216/1994 Sb., o rozhodčím řízení a výkonu rozhodčích nálezů. Práce především podrobně analyzuje jednotlivé důvody pro zrušení rozhodčího nálezu obecným soudem a rozebírá právní úpravu vztahující se k přezkumu rozhodčího nálezu jinými rozhodci. The thesis „Review of arbitral award“ deals with an analysis of a legal regulation of the Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards. The thesis especially analyzes individual reasons for cancellation of the arbitral award by the court in details and analyzes legislation related to review of arbitral award by another arbitrator.
