Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mladistvé delikventy, kteří byli pro jejich problémové chování umístěni do ústavního zařízení. Práce pojednává o příčinách a faktorech, které ovlivňují jejich chování, dále o opatřeních, která jim mohou být uložena, popisuje ústavní zařízení určená pro mladistvé delikventy, včetně funkcí těchto zařízení, života v nich a následků, které mohou z umístění mladistvého v zařízeních vyplynout. Dále jsou v práci popsána zařízení a služby, které s mladistvými delikventy spolupracují a metody a postupy, které se při práci s nimi nejčastěji využívají.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is focused on juvenile offenders, who were in their problem behavior enstablished in the institution. The work deals with the causes and factors that influence their behavior, as well as on measures, they can be stored, destribes the constitutional devices designed for juvenile offenders, including the functions of these devices, life in them and the consequences of which may be from the location of the juvenile facilities. In the Bachelor´s thesis are described the facilities and services that cooperate with juvenile offenders and the methods and procedures when working with them most frequently.
