Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je založení úspěšného strojírenského podniku pro výrobu prototypů pomocí podnikatelského záměru. Dílčími cíli bude zpracování teoretických východisek, PEST analýzy, PORTER analýzy, SWOT analýzy a dalších analýz potřebných pro zpracování podnikatelského záměru.
Abstract:
The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to establish a successful engineering company for prototype manufacturing, using a business plan. The specific objectives will include the development of theoretical foundations, PEST analysis, PORTER analysis, SWOT analysis, and other analyses necessary for the preparation of the business plan.
