Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá didaktickými kompetencemi učitelů, zaměřenými na primární vzdělávání žáků. Hlavním záměrem této práce je zmapovat a následně porovnat tyto kompetence u učitelů běžných tříd a učitelů, kteří působí ve třídách se vzdělávacím programem Začít spolu.
