Tato bakalářská práce má vymezit pojem komunikace. Zabývá se komunikačním procesem, na pracovišti optometrie. Popisuje verbální a neverbální složku komunikace a jejich efektivní využití při rozhovoru s klientem. Nastiňuje, jak správně využít různých druhů otázek.
