The topic analysed in this thesis is the possibility of a Chinese company doing business in the Czech Republic. The author completes this thesis through two parts: theoretical analysis and practical case analysis. The theoretical analysis part focuses on the analysis of the background of Chinese companies doing business in the Czech Republic and the factors that need to be considered. The practical case analysis part focuses on the analysis of the internal and external market environment faced by the selected case company Huawei, mainly through the SWOT analysis method and the PESTLE analysis method. Through the analysis of the selected case companies to understand the real situation of the development of Chinese companies in the Czech market, and to further understand the possibility of Chinese companies doing business in the Czech Republic. Finally, based on the analysis of the full text, the author gives some advice for Chinese companies who want to do business in the Czech Republic from three aspects of politics, economy, and culture, help them to have a basic understanding of the Czech market, and as a measure of their own possibility of doing business in the Czech market.
