Analysis of the business plan for the construction of wind power plant

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of specific business plan for the construction of wind power plant in Slovakia, which composes the basic part of development – strategic plan of specific enterprise - investor. The theoretical part contains characteristic of concepts competition-ability and –advace, description of inner enterprise factors, business plan-structure and investments. Below are presented three preparation- and realization-phases of projects, three methods of investment-evaluation, which were used in this thesis and characteristic of historical advancement and present state of wind energetic in the world and in Slovakia. The introduction of practical part contains basic informations about investor, his inner enterprise-factors and analyzed project. Next parts of the thesis comprise the analysis of financial aspects of investment plan in his pessimistic and optimistic version, which was performed through application of three methods of investment-evaluation. The final parts contain results of performed analysis and recommendations, how to enhance present state.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce je analýza konkrétneho podnikateľského zámeru na projekt výstavby veternej farmy na Slovensku, ktorý tvorí kľúčovú časť plánu strategického rozvoja konkrétneho podniku - investora. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje charakteristiku pojmov konkurencieschopnosť a konkurenčná výhoda, opis faktorov vnútorného prostredia podniku, štruktúru podnikateľského zámeru a investičnú činnosť podniku. Ďalej sú uvedené tri fázy prípravy a realizácie projektov, tri metódy hodnotenia investícii, ktoré boli použité v práci a história i súčasnosť veternej energetiky vo svete i v SR. Úvod praktickej časti obsahuje základné informácie týkajúce sa investora, prvkov jeho vnútorného prostredia i analyzovaného podnikateľského zámeru. Ďalšie časti práce tvorí analýza finančnej stránky zámeru v jeho pesimistickom i optimistickom variante, ktorá bola uskutočnená aplikáciou troch metód hodnotenia investícii. Obsahom ostatných kapitol sú závery z vykonanej analýzy a konkrétne odporučenia pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu.
