Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením vývoje Knihovny města Olomouce v rámci Koncepce rozvoje knihoven v České republice na léta 2021-2027, a to od roku 2013 přes současnost až s výhledem do roku 2027-2030. Téma se týká především vývoje knihovny jako většího komunitního centra a rozvoje využívání nových technologií pro vzdělávání.
