The Project Management's Playbook as a Tool for Onboarding in the Communication Agency Course

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zefektivnění procesu předávání zkušeností novým generacím projektových manažerů v rámci předmětu Komunikační agentura. Součástí práce je charakteristika studentského prostředí, analýza současné situace fungování předmětu, analýza získaných dat a jejich interpretace. Cílem práce je návrh na zlepšení procesu vypracování projektových knih v rámci projektů předmětu Komunikační agentura prostřednictvím doporučení, která vyplynula z výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of streamlining the process of experience hand over to the next generation of project managers within the subject of Communication Agency. The thesis includes the characteristics of the student environment, analysis of the current situation within the subject, data analysis and interpretation. The main objective of the thesis is a suggestion to improve the process of drawing out the project handbooks within the projects of the subject Communication Agency through the recommendations that emerged from the research.
