Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení a provoz firmy specializující se na výrobu a prodej vybavení pro muškaření. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat a popsat klíčové komponenty úspěšného zavedení nového podniku na trhu s rybářským vybavením, včetně marketingových strategií, finančního plánování a analýzy trhu. V teoretické části je zdůrazněna důležitost pečlivé přípravy podnikatelského plánu, zatímco praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky na reálný příklad založení firmy v tomto specifickém segmentu trhu. Práce dále zkoumá konkurenční prostředí a identifikuje potenciální rizika a příležitosti, které mohou vzniknout při realizaci podnikatelského záměru. Cílem je poskytnout ucelený návrh a doporučení pro založení firmy, která by byla schopna efektivně reagovat na požadavky a potřeby rybářské komunity.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on developing a business plan for the establishment and operation of a company specializing in the production and sale of fly fishing equipment. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and describe the key components of successfully launching a new business in the fishing equipment market, including marketing strategies, financial planning, and market analysis. The theoretical part emphasizes the importance of careful preparation of the business plan, while the practical part applies theoretical knowledge to a real example of establishing a company in this specific market segment. The work also examines the competitive environment and identifies potential risks and opportunities that may arise during the implementation of the business plan. The aim is to provide a comprehensive proposal and recommendations for founding a company that would be able to effectively respond to the demands and needs of the fishing community.
