Farmers' Markets as a Phenomenon of Time
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na farmářské trhy, jejich historií i současnost. Práce se zabývá definicí a podmínkami provozu farmářských trhů. Zahrnuje tématiku lokálních potravin a systémem bio-bedýnek. Cílem práce je určit oblíbenost farmářských trhů mezi zákazníky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the history and present situation of a farmers market. The paper defines the farmers market and monitors its operating conditions. Particular attention will be paid to local food distribution. The aim is to determine the popularity of the farmers market among customers.
