První část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na srovnávání a popis přirozených a antropicky ovlivněných oblastí JV Asie se zaměřením na Filipíny. Druhá, klíčová, část práce má za cíl zhodnotit druhovou rozmanitost cévnatých rostlin porostů Mangifera indica L. na filipínském ostrově Guimaras.
