Abstract:
Rektrospektivně jsme zanalyzovali řadu EKG znaků u 238 pacientů před a po radiofrekvenční ablaci jedné nebo vice přídatných drah. PR disperse byla definována jako časový rozdíl mezi PR intervaly v EKG svodech s největší a nejmenší preexcitací. We retrospectively analysed multiple variables on pre and post-ablation ECGs in 238 patients with manifest accessory pathways that had been successfully ablated. PR dispersion was defined as a difference between maximum and minimum PR intervals on a single 12-lead ECG.
