This bachelor thesis focuses on the impact of mutations of selected histone chaperones on the organism of Arabidopsis thaliana plant. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopadem mutací vybraných histonových chaperonů na organizmus rostliny Arabidopsis thaliana. Histonové chaperony mají důležitou úlohu při správném sestavování chromatinu. Jejich dysfunkce může výrazně ovlivnit stabilitu genomu a efektivitu reparačních drah DNA.
