Abstract:

The thesis consists of five chapters. The first part focuses on the development of SEPA. We explain to her the concept of SEPA and provide basic information about SEPA. We also deal SEPA Plan priorities for 2009-2012. Also characterize the organizational structure. Will define the SEPA regulates and what does not. In the following subsections we address the benefits of the project and the SEPA initiative of the banking sector. Subchapter devoted to the European Council for payments. We also characterize the path from the EP and R 924/2009 on EC Regulation N 260/2012 EU The second chapter addresses issues of SEPA. Prerequisites for the implementation of the project. It also provides insight into the indicators of this project. Includes information on the objectives and benefits of the SEPA project. The third chapter is devoted to the predominantly a tool of SEPA. Part of the chapter is devoted but infrastructure, standardization and legal framework. The fourth chapter provides a fairly concise our view of the impact of SEPA on stakeholders. The fifth chapter is crucial in terms of dedication is mostly functioning of the SEPA project in the Czech Republic. It starts with the development and implementation of the project. Describes its operation but also provides various reports and tables where we compare the functioning of SEPA in the Czech Republic with other countries. This chapter also contains an example custom processing debit schemes. We process domestic and SEPA direct debit collection and also analyze the results of its own survey.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa skladá z piatich kapitol. Prvá časť je zameraná na vývoj projektu SEPA. Vysvetľujeme v nej pojem SEPA a poskytujeme základné údaje o SEPA. Ďalej sa zaoberáme prioritami plánu SEPA za obdobie rokov 2009-2012. Charakterizujeme taktiež aj organizačnú štruktúru. Vymedzujeme čo SEPA upravuje a čo neupravuje. V ďalších podkapitolách riešime aj výhody samotného projektu SEPA a aj iniciatívy bankového sektora. Podkapitolu venujeme aj Európskej rade pre platobný styk. Zameriavame sa aj na charakterizovanie cesty od nariadenia EP a R 924/2009 ES k nariadeniu š 260/2012 EÚ Druhá kapitola rieši otázky realizácie projektu SEPA. Nutné predpoklady pre realizáciu projektu. Taktiež v nej poskytujeme pohľad na indikátory vzniku tohto projektu. Nevynechávame ani ciele a prínosy SEPA projektu. Tretia kapitola sa prevažne venuje prvkom a nástrojom projektu SEPA. Časť kapitoly je ale venovaná infraštruktúre, štandardizácii a právnemu rámcu. Štvrtá dosť stručná kapitola poskytuje náš názor na vplyvy projektu SEPA na zainteresované strany. Piata kapitola je kľúčová z pohľadu venovania sa prevažne fungovaniu projektu SEPA v Českej republike. Začína vývojom a zavádzaním projektu. Opisuje jeho fungovanie ale poskytuje aj rôzne prehľady a tabuľky kde porovnávame fungovanie SEPA v ČR s inými štátmi. Táto kapitola obsahuje aj príklad vlastného spracovania schém inkasa. Spracovávame inkaso tuzemské aj SEPA inkaso a tiež analyzujeme výsledky vlastného dotazníka.
