The Problems of the Physical Training of Commercial Security Industry Workers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na současný stav fyzické přípravenosti pracovníků komerční bezpečnosti. Zabývá se zejména potřebami a možnostmi využití fyzické přípravy pro tyto pracovníky. Teoretická část obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku výkonu činnosti fyzické ochrany a požadované nároky na fyzickou přípravu těchto pracovníků. V Části praktické jsou specifikovány fyzické předpoklady pro pracovníky vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců a analýza současného stavu fyzické přípravy. Fyzické předpoklady jsou na závěr využity pro navržení příkladu tréninkového plánu, včetně výstupního testu, pro vybranou skupinu pracovníků v oblasti průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the current state of physical readiness and fitness of commercial security industry workers. It deals mainly with needs and possibilities of using physical preparation for the workers of security services. The theoretical part contains a general characteristic of the physical security activities and the required claims for the phy- sical preparation of these workers. In the practical part are specified physical assumptions for the chosen workers of the selected group of employees and the analysis of the current state of the physical training. The physical assumptions are ultimately used to design an example of a training plan, including an exit test for the selected group of workers in the commercial security industry.
