Abstract:

Abstrakt Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí kazuistiky zmapovat a popsat bio-psycho-sociální a spirituální potřeby pacienta po prodělané klíšťové encefalitidě. Dále zhodnotit dopad onemocnění na život pacienta a jeho rodinu. Metodika: Empirická část je zpracována metodou kazuistiky. Jednotlivé části kazuistiky jsou rozděleny na anamnézu, která hodnotí pacientův zdravotní stav před propuknutím onemocnění, a katamnézu, která je členěna na období onemocnění pacient klíšťovou encefalitidou, pobyty v nemocničních zařízeních, a pobyt v domácím prostředí. Výsledky: Kazuistika popisuje bio-psycho-sociální a spirituální potřeb pacienta s klíšťovou encefalitidou a poukazuje na omezení vzniklá působením onemocnění na život pacienta a jeho rodiny. Onemocnění trvale upoutalo pacienta na lůžko a změnilo priority v uspokojování jeho potřeb. Během hospitalizací ve zdravotnických zařízeních byly pro pacienta nejvíce důležité potřeba tělesné integrity, čistoty a informací. Pobyt v domácím prostředí umožnil naplno saturovat potřeby bezpečí, jistoty a sounáležitosti. Závěr: Klíšťová encefalitida zcela zásadně ovlivňuje uspokojování bio-psycho-sociálních a spirituálních potřeb pacienta a ovlivňuje tak jeho rodinu a pečující okolí. Zajištěním vhodné ošetřovatelské péče a zapojení rodiny a blízkých do péče vede u pacienta k naplnění potřeb a minimalizuje negativní stránky onemocnění.

Abstract:

Abstract Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map and describe bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of a patient after tick-borne encephalitis. To further evaluate the impact of the disease on the life of the patient and his family. Methodology: The empirical part is processed by a case report. The individual parts of the case report are divided into a medical history, which evaluates the patient´s health before the outbreak of the disease, and a catamnesis, which is divided into the period of the patient´s tick-borne encephalitis, hospital stays, and residence in the home environment. Results: The case report describes bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of a patient with a tick-borne encephalitis and points out the limitations caused by the disease affecting the life of the patient and his family. The disease permanently attracted the patient to bed and changed priorities in meeting his needs. During subsequent hospitalizations the need for physical integrity, cleanliness and information was the most important for the patient. Staying at home has made it possible to fully meet the needs of security, certainty and belonging. Conclusion: Tick-borne encephalitis fundamentally affects the satisfaction of the patient´s bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs and thus affects patient´s family and care. By ensuring appropriate nursing care and the involvement of family and love ones in care, leads to fulfillment of the needs and minimizes the negative aspects of the disease.
