The legal position of national minority in the frame of the European Union
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o právní ochraně menšin. V první části se práce zabývá obecně pojmem menšina. Zaměřuje se na nalezení a následný výklad definice menšiny a na správně kategorizování menšin. V druhé části se práce zabývá otázkou, jak se jednotlivé mezinárodní organizace (Společnost národů, OSN, Rada Evropy a Evropská unie) vypořádávají s problematikou menšin.
