The business plan for the establishment of a restaurant

Abstract:

Začátek práce se bude věnovat vysvětlování teoretických pojmů, které jsou spojené s podnikáním. Specifikujeme si jednotlivé analýzy, které nám pomohou k prozkoumání okolí podniku, abychom eliminovali a předcházeli chybám spojeným s provozem restaurace. Vysvětlíme si, jak je plánování potřebné pro každý podnik, který chce být na trhu lepší než konkurence. Praktická část práce se bude zabývat samotným sestavením podnikatelského plánu, který je potřebným nástrojem k zahájení činnosti podnikání. V této oblasti se bude řešit, jaký marketingový plán podnik zvolí a jaký bude jeho finanční plán. V závěru práce budou vymezena rizika, se kterými se podnik může při provozování setkat. Cílem práce bude vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který má být podkladem začínajícím podnikatelům v oblasti pohostinství. Na základě plánu by mělo být rozhodnuto, zda je možné podnik založit a úspěšně ho provozovat.

Abstract:

The beginning of the thesis will be an explanation of theoretical concepts related to business. We specify individual analyzes to help us explore the business environment to eliminate and prevent mistakes associated with restaurant operations. We wll explain how planning is needed for any business that wants to be better than the competition. The practical part of the thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan which is a necessary tool for starting a business. This area will be addressed to what marketing plan the company chooses and what its financial plan will be. At the end of the thesis the risks that the company may encounter during the operation will be defined. The aim of the thesis will be the creation of a business plan, which should be the basis for starting entrepreneurs in the gastronomy area. Based on the business plan it should be decided whether it is possible to set up an enterprise and successfully operate it.
