Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby reverzibilních supramolekulárních gelů, jež vznikají v důsledku vazby jedno-, dvou- a třívazných ligandů na bázi adamantanu do kavity B-cyklodextrinu, jímž byly modifikovány biopolymery chitosan a hyaluronan.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the study of reversible supramolecular gels which are created as a result of complexation between single, binary or triple bound adamantan based ligands and the B-cyclodextrin cavity which has been used for modification of chitosan and hyaluronan biopolymers.
