Abstract:
Předmětem a hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit problematiku výherních automatů a videoloterijních terminálů, vytyčení jejich právní regulace a možnosti jejich zpoplatnění v České republice. Dále je v práci vytyčen dílčí cíl, který spočívá v aplikaci nabytých právních aspektů na případu dvou měst, Olomouc a Uničov. The object and main goal of this banchelor thesis is clearing up the issue of gambling machines and videolottery terminals, the identification of legal regulation and the possibility of charging in the Czech Republic.
