Abstract:

RENČOKOVÁ, Marianna: New trends in banking and options their use in the business and non-business sphere. [Degree Dissestation]. Prague College Banking Institute, Slovakian Branch College in Banska Bystrica. Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance Systems. Tutor: Ing. Peter Gallo, PhD. Year Of Defending the Dissertation 2013. Number of pages: 80. The objective of the degree dissertation „New trends in banking and options their usse in the business and non-business sphere“ was to study new trends and tendencies of development in the banking system, and consequently point out some opportunities for their use in both entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial areas. The work is divided into four parts. The first part deals with theoretical definitions of the issue in question, and presents a summary of current tendencies in the field of electronic banking systems. The definition of a bank’s client segmentation is dealt with too. The second part focuses on a comparison of the products of the Slovakian Savings Bank and VÚB Bank. Payment card complementary services are also described in this chapter. New tendencies in the electronic banking system are defined at the end of this chapter. The third part presents some solutions in the field of elecronic banking systems, and solutions for the use of payment cards are proposed on the basis of a questionnaire. The last part consists of an evaluation of the potential of the issue in question.

Počet strán: 80. Cieľom diplomovej práce „Nové trendy v bankovníctve a možnosti ich využitia v podnikateľskej a nepodnikateľskej sfére“ je preskúmať nové trendy a smery rozvoja v bankovníctve a následne poukázať na možnosti ich využitia v podnikateľskej a nepodnikateľskej sfére. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch častí. Prvá časť je venovaná teoretickému vymedzeniu skúmanej problematiky a zosumarizovaniu aktuálnych trendov v oblasti elektronického bankovníctva ako aj definícia segmentácie bankovej klientely. Druhá časť je zameraná na porovnávanie produktov Slovenskej sporiteľne a VÚB banky. V rámci tejto kapitoly popisujeme doplnkové služby pre platobné karty. Na záver tejto kapitoly sú charakterizované nové trendy elektronického bankovníctva. V tretej časti sa na základe dotazníkového prieskumu navrhnú riešenia v oblasti elektronického bankovníctva ako aj pre využívanie platobných kariet. Záverečná časť predstavuje zhodnotenie a prínos skúmanej problematiky.
