Abstract:
Nestin (protein třídy VI intermediárních filament) je u savců exprimován zejména během embryonálního vývoje a v dospělém lidském organismu se vyskytuje pouze v poměrně úzkém spektru buněk, resp. tkání. Jeho výskyt však byl prokázán u různých typů solidních nádorů i v odpovídajících stabilizovaných liniích. Abstract:
Nestin is a protein of intermediate filaments class IV. In mammals it is expressed especially during embryonal development. In adult organism, nestin affects only small subset of cells or tissues. Its presence has been detected in different solid tumors and in corresponding stabilized cell lines.
