Abstract:
Touto bakalářskou prací nevýzkumného charakteru jsme chtěli přispět k ucelenému přehledu o fitboxu jako zájmové činnosti na 1. stupni ZŠ, a to navržením vhodných cvičení a her pro děti. V práci jsou objasněna teoretická i praktická východiska dané problematiky. Pro vytvoření souborů cviků a her jsme využili odbornou literaturu, která se vztahuje k tématu naší bakalářské práce. Abstract:
With this non-research barchelor thesis we wanted to contribute to coherent overview about fitbox as a circle time activity at lower primary school through proposing suitable exercises and games for kids. In our work we clarify both theoretical and practical solutions of given issues.
