Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu české legislativy v oblasti páchání dotačních podvodů. Součástí práce je také teorie nutná pro pochopení této oblasti, analýza trestného činu poškození finančních zájmů Evropské unie a statistická část. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of Czech legislation in the field of committing subsidy frauds. Part of the work is also the theory necessary for understanding this area, the analysis of the crime of harm to the financial interests of the European Union and the statistical part.
