Lifestyles from the Perspective of High School Students

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se věnujeme některým aspektům, které ovlivňují životní styl studentů SŠ. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na životní styl a jeho základní pojmy, rizikové faktory, rizikové chování a volný čas studentů. V praktické části se věnujeme popisu výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníku u studentů SŠ. V našem výzkumu jsme se zaměřovali na aspekty, které ovlivňují životní styl studentů SŠ, jako jsou rizikového faktory, užívání návykových látek a trávení volného času. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že studenti SŠ věnují přiměřený čas fyzické aktivitě ve volném čase a také se větší část stala obětí šikany nebo byla strůjcem.

Abstract:

In our bachelor thesis we focus on some aspects that affect the lifestyle of high school students. In the theoretical part we focus on lifestyle and its basic concepts, rist factors, risk behavior and leisure time of students. In the practical part, we describe the results of quantitative research, which was carried our using a questionnaire for high school students. In our research, we focused on aspects that affect the lifestyle of high school students, such as risk factors, substance use and leisure time. It is clear from the resluts that high school students devote a reasonable amount of time to physical acitivty in their free time and also the majority of them became victims of bullying or were the instigator.
