Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kultivace tkáňových buněk in vitro. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice tkáňových kultur, především jater, ledvin a plic. Dále jsou uvedeny nejčastěji používané testy vitality, požadavky na materiál a laboratorní vybavení k práci s buněčnou kulturou. Abstract:
The master thesis deals with the issues of an in vitro cultivation cell´s tissue. The theoretic part of the work introduces the characteristics of tissue culture, mainly on liver, kidney and lung cell culture. The most commonly used vitality tests, material requirements and laboratory equipment for cell culture work are also listed here.
