Land Consolidation and Sustainable Development of Agricultural Landscape

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pozemkových úprav a jejich vlivem na zemědělskou krajinu. Teoretická část se věnuje historii, významu a cílům pozemkových úprav, celému průběhu pozemkových úprav, od jejich počátku, přes jejich rozdělení, přípravný proces až k jejich dokončení a realizaci. V literární rešerši je zahrnut popis kladného vlivu pozemkových úprav na udržitelný rozvoj zemědělské krajiny a jsou zde popsány pozitivní dopady pozemkových úprav na životní prostředí. Část práce, nazývající se Materiál a metodika, je věnována komplexnímu popisu území obce Mutěnice, charakteristice lokality, podrobné analýze krajinného rázu. Tato praktická část se zabývá i popisem a následným zhodnocením a posouzením navržených a realizovaných opatření. Část je věnována také majetkoprávním vztahům. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena právě na vyhodnocení účinnosti navržených opatření, případně návrhu nových prvků, které budou moci zajistit udržitelný rozvoj území a přispějí tak k lepšímu životnímu prostředí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of land consolidation and its impact on the agricultural landscape. The theoretical part deals with the history, meaning and goals of land consolidation, the whole process of land consolidation, from the beginning, through the division and the preparatory process to the completion and implementation. The literature review includes a description of the positive impacts of land consolidation on the sustainable development of the agricultural landscape and on the environment. The part of the thesis called Material and methodology is devoted to a comprehensive description of the territory of the village Mutěnice, the characteristics of the area, and a detailed analysis of the landscape. The practical part also deals with the description and subsequent evaluation and assessment of the proposed and implemented measures. It is also dedicated to property rights. The main attention is paid to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures and of the proposal to new elements that will be able to ensure the sustainable development of the territory and thus contribute to a better environment.
