Cílem práce je zmapovat a shrnout výhody a nevýhody vstupu společností na burzu cenných papírů, administrativní a finanční náročnost takového kroku a jeho vliv na budoucnost společnosti. Aspekty IPO jsem se v mé práci snažil srovnat jak z pohledu samotného investora, tak z pohledu burzy i potenciálního investora. The aim of the thesis is to map out and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of companies entering the stock exchange, the administrative and financial demands of such a step and its impact on the future of the company.
