Práce se zabývá přímými zahraničními investicemi a jejich právní regulací v rámci Evropské Unie. Cílem práce je analýza zdrojů této právní regulace přímých zahraničních investic. V první části jsou přiblíženy formy právní úpravy těchto investic v podobě investičních dohod, zejména bilaterálních. This thesis deals with the issue of foreign direct investment in the European Union.
