Physiotherapy of impingement syndrome in shoulder

Abstract:

Úvod - Zvolení vhodného tématu bakalářská práce, s názvem "Rehabilitace impingement syndromu ramenního kloubu", který se specializuje na parciální lézi m. (musculus) supraspinatus. Cíl - Cíl je práce přispět k řešení problematiky zaměřené na konzervativní léčbu impingement syndromu. Zvolit vhodné postupy a metody fyzioterapeutické léčby. Také seznámit veřejnost s praktickými i teoretickými poznatky týkající se daného onemocnění. Metodika - tato kapitola se skládá z kazuistiky pacienta s impingement syndromem, která obsahuje vstupní i výstupní vyšetření a následnou rehabilitační léčbu. Dle metodologických nástrojů jsem zvolila rozhovor, pozorování a měření pacienta. Výsledky - Zlepšení pohybového stereotypu, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu i hybnosti, zvýšení svalové síly a celkové snížení bolesti. Závěr - Díky terapii se pacientův stav velmi zlepšil. Mezi nejdůležitější kladné změny řadím - zvýšenou hybnost a rozsah pohybu, snížení bolesti a navracení pacienta k běžným denním činnostem a koníčkům, které nyní provádí téměř bez omezení.

Abstract:

Introduction - Choosing the right subject of bachelor's thesis called "Rehabilitation impingement of shoulder joint syndrome specialized on partial lesion m. (musculus) supraspinatus. Objective - The objective of this thesis is to contribute to solving the issues focused on conservative treatment of impingement syndrome. Choosing the right procedure and physiotherapeutic methods for the treatment. Presenting the public with practical and theoretical findings concerning given disease. Methodology - this chapter consists of patient's case interpretation of impingement syndrome containing initial and final examination and follow-up rehabilitation treatment. Upon considering methodological instruments I chose interview, observing and measuring the patient. Results - Improvement of motoric stereotype, increasing the range of locomotion and ability to move, as well as increasing muscle strength and overall decreasing pain. Conclusion - Owing to therapy, patient's condition was much improved. The most important positive changes are increased ability of movement, higher range of locomotion, decreased pain and restoring patient's possibility to do common daily activities and hobbies, which are now done almost with no restrictions.
