Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje pravomoci prezidenta České republiky. Nejprve se pokusím rozebrat jeho postavení v českém ústavním systému, abych následně mohl přejít k dalším částem práce. V té je věnován důraz na jmenovací pravomoci prezidenta republiky. Zde se pokusím nejen o jejich rozbor, ale současně uvedu i příklady jejich aplikace v praxi. This diploma thesis deals with the powers of the president of the Czech republic. First I try to describe its position in the Czech constitutional system, I then could move on to the next part. In that is the emphasis on the appointing powers of the president of the republic.
