Abstract:
Předmětem studie je možnost odhadu obsahu rtuti ve svalové tkáni ryb pomocí analýzy šupin. Tato metoda narozdíl od klasických postupů nevyžaduje usmrcení ryby. V práci bylo provedeno stanovení rtuti ve svalové tkáni a v šupinách kapra obecného, lína obecného a amura bílého. Abstract:
The focus of present study was on the analysis of mercury concentrations in fish scales in order to predict muscle tissue mercury concentration. This nonlethal technique allows easy collection of samples. The mercury concentration was determined in fish muscle tissue and in fish scales. Several different scale treatments were used.
