Tato práce se zabývá institutem podmíněného propuštění z trestu odnětí svobody na doživotí. První část práce se zabývá obecnými aspekty trestu odnětí svobody na doživotí a podmíněného propuštění z výkonu tohoto trestu. This diploma thesis tackles the issue of conditional release from life imprisonment. The first part of the thesis describes the general aspects of life imprisonment and conditional release from this kind of sentence.
