Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku účastenství. Jejím cílem je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit platnou právní úpravu účastenství v širším smyslu a dalších forem trestné součinnosti. Výklad je zaměřen na základní pojmy, jednotlivé druhy účastenství, jejich trestání a základní zásady, kde je poměrně velký prostor věnován excesu pachatele s uvedenými příklady. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of participation. Its aim is to analyze and evaluate the current legislation on participation in a broader sense and other forms of criminal cooperation.
